“I had the honor of having an iPhone image of mine shown at ArtPrize 9 this last September and October (2017). I live in Minneapolis, MN and needed to have my finished piece installed at the venue where it would hang during ArtPrize and de-installed after ArtPrize was done. I was lucky enough to find in the ArtPrize literature a brief mention that PakMail had done this type of service in the past. I contacted the owner of Cascade PakMail and he had Calvin Webb (Operations Manager of the store) contact me. It was my responsibility to get my entry to the venue for installation and de-installation, but how to do that from so far away was my dilemma. To my amazement I was told that I could have my work sent to the store where they would hold it until the installation date and take it to the venue and even hang it for me! And even more outstanding was that they would go and pick it up from the venue and ship it back. I don’t know if you can imagine the burden that was lifted from my shoulders. Everything went totally according to the plan that Calvin and I had discussed. I wish all my dealings with companies was handled with such professional service. I was notified when the package arrived, when it was delivered to the venue, when it was picked up from the venue and when it was shipped back to me in Minneapolis. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. The price was very reasonable for the service that they provided and made my participation in ArtPrize 9 possible. This gift was packaged carefully with high density foam, bubble wrap, and double corrugated cardboard. We received confirmation from Nancy’s daughter in Colorado that her item arrived safe and sound. This piece is now resting on her entertainment room wall, where it displays her horse-themed keepsakes.
